3. Pricing & Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied at the time of inquiry and are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, or shipping conditions.

Final pricing is confirmed only after order details are finalized and acknowledged by both parties.

4. Orders & Payments

Production begins only after order confirmation and receipt of the agreed payment terms.
Payment terms, including deposits or full payment requirements, will be clearly communicated during order confirmation.

Late payments may result in production delays or order suspension.

5. Artwork & Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, layouts, and proofs before production.
Nextgen Paperbags is not responsible for errors (including spelling, design, or layout issues) once final approval has been given.

6. Production & Lead Time

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as guidance only and may vary due to order complexity, material availability, or external factors. Delays caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, port congestion, or customs delays) are beyond our control.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options, including air and ocean freight. Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and responsibilities will be clearly discussed before order confirmation.Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the agreed shipping terms. Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon arrival and report any issues promptly.

8. Returns & Claims

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the goods are proven to be defective or non-compliant with approved specifications.
